IT Solutions provides seamless and secure wireless and wired internet connectivity, management, and support across Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Key Features
- Wireless and wired network access: We manage networks across campus for students, employees, and guests, including design, deployment, and monitoring. Wireless (Wi-Fi) access is provided throughout University buildings and outdoor spaces via eduroam for students and employees and MavGuest for guests. Wired (Ethernet) access is also available.
- Network support: We provide comprehensive network support for students and employees, including connection, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Virtual private network (VPN): We support Always on VPN for employees, a tool installed on state-owned Windows devices to ensure a seamless connection to campus resources while off campus. We also support Cisco Secure Client, another VPN available for employees and students, that some systems may require.
