Description
IT Solutions provides support for departmental wired network printers, including installation, physical setup, printer permissions, troubleshooting, usage assistance, and printer purchasing consultation. Departmental printers and paper are purchased through Creative Production. Printer repair services are available through a third-party vendor.
Note: We do not support wireless printers (Minnesota State/ISRS printing requires HP PCL5 driver compliance). For high-volume printing, copying, and departmental faxing and copying, contact Creative Production and Copy Shops. For student printing, refer to MavPrint.
