Description
Workday is a cloud-based system where employees can complete tasks like entering time, creating reports, managing purchases, and many other HR and finance tasks. Additionally, all university faculty and staff job positions are posted and applied for using Workday.
Workday is a part of the NextGen Project, a system-wide project to implement new, modern technology in Minnesota State colleges and universities. As a part of this project, Workday will soon expand to student functionalities in the coming years.
How to Access
Employees can access Workday on the web. Find the Workday icon in your university Microsoft 365 app menu or use the direct link below. Or, download the mobile app on the App Store or Google Play.
Log in to Workday (if prompted for a company name, use minnstate)
Login Credentials
- Employee Username: StarID@minnstate.edu
- Password: StarID password
