• A course repeat only applies if the courses are direct equivalents and follow University policies. 

• Substitutions or exceptions are not considered equivalent and will not count as a repeat. 

• Course repeats cannot be processed after a degree or credential is posted. 

• Graduate coursework is not eligible for the course repeat process. 

Departments can use the Transfer Evaluation System (TES) to submit transfer course equivalencies. More information is available on the Course Equivalencies & Transfer Evaluation  website.
