Online Meeting and Collaboration (Zoom and Teams)

Microsoft Teams:

Teams is a collaboration environment that provides video conferencing, video broadcasting, chat, file storage and sharing. It has full-featured video and voice calling options with screen sharing and other features, plus the ability to host webinars and live events. 

Use the web app, desktop app, or download the mobile app and sign in with your MavMAIL credentials. All faculty, staff, and students have access to Teams. Log in to MavMAIL, click the apps waffle in the top left, and select Teams.

Zoom:

Zoom is a full-featured video and collaborative technology that unifies cloud video conferencing, simple online meetings, and group messaging into one easy-to-use platform. Zoom accounts allow for video, audio, and content sharing between up to 300 participants in a meeting or 500 in a webinar.

Use Zoom from any device, including the desktop client or mobile app. All students, faculty, and staff have access to a premium university account through our secure MinnState log in portal. Log in at minnstate.zoom.us
