IT Solutions will provide MSU, Mankato clients with implementation, administrative, and configuration support for current and new implementations of the Oracle, SalesForce, and Campus Management CRM tools. The service provider will work with clients through their implementation projects alongside the appropriate vendor and provide ongoing support in partnership with local institutional stakeholders to ensure goals are met, and provide ongoing administrative duties outlined below.

This service is intended to provide a partnership relationship between the Minnesota State Mankato and the client institution to help ensure a robust and successful CRM implementation, utilization and value. Our intention is to provide administrative and consultation services in augmentation to local resources to help realize those goals together.

Online Orientation

Online orientation is a software as a service tool provided to Minnesota State institutions, hosted by Minnesota State University, Mankato. The orientation system will have customizable formatting adhering to the customer’s marketing standards with a playlist of slides that are unique to the customer university. A customized administrative content management system will also be included.
