3D Printing

Overview

Located in the IT Solutions Center (Lower Level of the CSU), the 3D printing stations are available for students and employees to use for educational purposes. Request your print jobs at the IT Solutions Center and an attendant will work with you to determine print options and start the print. Payment required before printing begins.

Design & Print

  1. Create your 3D file. Try these free web tools:
  2. Make sure the file is in the STL format.
  3. Ensure that the units are exported as metric when saving the file. (For a better resolution on your print, try maintaining a high triangle/facets count.)
  4. Contact the IT Solutions Center to request a print.
