Description
The IT Solutions Center facilitates hardware repair for Dell, Microsoft, and Apple technology devices purchased from the Campus Computer Store at Minnesota State University, Mankato. This includes both warranty and non-warranty devices.

Cost
Repairs covered under warranty are free of charge. For devices not under warranty, or repairs beyond the scope of warranty, a cost estimate will be provided beforehand.

Fulfillment Details
IT Solutions Center staff will perform initial troubleshooting before sending devices offsite to Dell, Microsoft, or Apple technicians for repair or replacement. Timelines vary by issue and typically range from one to three weeks. During this period, loaner devices can be checked out at no cost based on availability.
