The IT Solutions Communications Team crafts and delivers clear, consistent, and impactful communications to inform staff, faculty, and students about campus technology initiatives, services, and updates. This service bridges the gap between complex IT systems and the university community through messaging that informs, educates, and engages.

  • Consulting, planning, development, and coordination for IT communications.  
  • Development and oversight of style, brand, and digital accessibility guidelines for consistent IT content and messaging. 
  • Development of IT informational materials and promotional content. 
  • Management of IT Solutions online presence. 
  • Management of IT Video and Digital Media Production services
  • Management of The Fountain (in collaboration with the President’s Office). 
  • Management of Maverick OneStop (in collaboration with Solutions Delivery team). 
  • Support for Maverick Esports marketing and communications.

Cost
