Description
Microsoft Bookings is a web-based scheduling tool that's a part of the Microsoft 365 suite for faculty and staff. Bookings makes scheduling and managing appointments a breeze, integrating seamlessly with Outlook to optimize your staff’s calendar and give your customers flexibility to book a time that works best for them.
How to Access
Log in to Bookings
Bookings is included in Microsoft 365 for faculty and staff, and can be given to student workers and GA's on a case by case basis. Access it via Microsoft 365 on the web. Log in with StarID@minnstate.edu and your StarID password.
Who Can Use It
Note: Although creating and managing Bookings pages is limited to only staff and faculty (and student workers/GA's by request), anyone can book appointments through Bookings.
Staff: Yes
Faculty: Yes
Students: No (note: student workers and GA's are able to request access)
Alumni: No
Emeriti: No
