How to Access

Students, faculty, and staff can access Qualtrics online. Faculty and staff log in with StarID@minnstate.edu and students log in with StarID@go.minnstate.edu and StarID password.

Help & Support

We do not directly support Qualtrics, as our license includes excellent customer service and support from the company itself. Get help from Qualtrics by email or by phone using their online support system:

1. Login to Qualtrics using your StarID/Office 365 credentials.
2. Click the ? help icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click Contact Support button.
4. Click Sign in with SSO link at the bottom of the sign in.
5. Enter the Organization ID: mnsu 
6. Click the Continue button to get options to email or call support.
