Navigate360: Students - Scheduling Appointments

Overview

Students can schedule appointments with faculty and staff who have built availability* in the system, via Navigate360 app or desktop.  This guide shows students how to do so.

*Not all faculty and staff use Navigate360 for scheduling appointments with students. If you cannot find your faculty or staff person in the system, reach out to them directly via their email, phone number, or stop by their campus office.

Note: As of Fall 25 MavCONNECT has been rebranded as Navigate360.

Both names refer to to the same system which was implemented in Fall 2023 and took the place of our Starfish-based system.

The Navigate360 Student App is known as Navigate360. Therefore, to reduce confusion, we have rebranded the entire system to simply Navigate 360. Faculty and staff may continue to use "MavCONNECT" when referring to the system; however, know that MavCONNECT and Navigate360 mean the same thing and refer to the same system.

How to Download and Access the Navigate Student App

  • In your device's app store, search for "Navigate Student".

If they have availability built in the Navigate360 system, then you will see times and options. If it comes up with a "Sorry" message, that person does not have availability built in Navigate. This does NOT mean that they do not have Office Hours, it just means that you should check your course syllabus (if they are your instructor) for stated office hours, and/or
