Adjunct Hiring - Using Perceptive Content

This article provides instructions and resources for using Perceptive Content in the Adjunct Hiring process.

Accessing Workflows

Locate the Minnesota State University HR HLC Adjunct Hiring workflow and expand it. Select the desired queue to look through.

Search Applications

Click on the search bar. Select the desired field to search. Then select criteria, starts with or is equal to, etc. Enter search parameters. Click add and then search to execute.

Sort Applications

Using the column headers, you can sort applications. Single click to sort by ascending or descending order.

Look for Related Documents

  • After opening the application, select the related document tab. Use the relationship drop down menu to select the Minnesota State University HR HLC Adjunct Hiring to view related documents in the drawer.

Supporting Documents

After opening the application select the thumbnail tab to review any attached documents. Single click on any thumbnail to preview it. To add documents, select the add button, select file.

Routing Applications

Electronically Sign

Once all necessary information has been applied to the office section of the application it can then be signed and routed. To electronically sign the document, click the button "click here to electronically sign this document."

 

Route Documents

Select the route forward button. Select the desired queue from under the manual section.
