Overview

If a user is experiencing the error "Expired Session: Your MavConnect session has been expired" please follow the steps below. 

Resolution

1. Try using a different web browser. Certain browser versions enforce stricter security in terms of cookies and cross-site scripting, which results in the error above when attempting to log into MavConnect.
