Navigate360: "Expired Session: Your MavConnect Session has been Expired" Error

Overview

If you are experiencing the error "Expired Session: Your Navigate360 session has been expired" please follow the steps below. 

How-To

  1. Try using a different web browser. Certain browser versions enforce stricter security in terms of cookies and cross-site scripting, which results in the error above when attempting to log into Navigate360.
  2. See the browser cache clearing document here

Outcome

After trying a different web browser or clearing your browser cache, you should be able to log in to Navigate360 without receiving the expired session error.
