Undergraduate Graduation Application

Question

To apply for undergraduate graduation follow the process below

Overview

1. Open a web browser
2. Navigate to Application for Undergraduate Graduation
3. Click Apply Online from the left menu
4. Log in with your StarID and password
5. In Student Detail section
   • Add or Edit the Diploma Address as needed
6. In Application Detail section
   • Select your Catalog term from the drop-down menu
   • Select Proposed graduation term from the drop-down menu
   • Check the I have pending credits checkbox if  you have pending transfer credits
     1. Enter School and Location for transfer credits
     2. Select Yes or No for Is MinnState Institution
     3. Enter the Start Date and End Date from the other institution
     4. Click Add Transfer Info
7. Click Save application to submit the application for review
8. You will receive an email confirming application submission
