Overview

This page will show you how to modify existing reservations and event requests after first booking. This will show you how to cancel a reservation, modify an existing reservation, or change a reoccurring meeting. 

Environment

  • Personal Devices: Equipment owned and maintained by individual users. 

How-To

This page will show you how to modify existing reservations and event requests after first booking. 

  1. Log-In to the virtual EMS link from the University Scheduling and Conference Services Website.
  2. Click on My Events
  3. Click on the meeting name to modify the reservation. 
  4. Select Red remove symbol to cancel single bookings. 
  5. Select Edit to change the room or time
    1. The reserved Building will auto populate. You must select another building to reserve a room in another building.
    2. Select Add/Remove Building to change buildings. 
  6. Use the green buttons to add all of the desired rooms.
  7. Select Updated Booking.

Outcome

You will be able to cancel a reservation, modify an existing reservation, or change a reoccurring meeting.
