Description

Perceptive Content is the University’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform for managing electronic documents, forms, approvals, and related workflows, reducing the need for physical documents.

Note about Softdocs transition: Minnesota State is modernizing the system used to manage electronic documents, forms, approvals, and related workflows. Perceptive Content/ImageNow remains in use while Minnesota State prepares to transition to Softdocs, a modern, secure, cloud-based ECM solution. How to Access

For access, employees must request a Perceptive Content account from IT Solutions. Perceptive Content is available on the web for both Mac and PC computers, or via the desktop app for PC computers. Users must be on the campus network or the Cisco Secure Client VPN (not Always on VPN).
