Zoom Phone is the University's phone system for employees with unlimited domestic calls, text messaging, voicemail, and more. It's available as a softphone through the Zoom app.
How to Access
Employees can access Zoom Phone (softphone) through the Zoom app on their computer or mobile device. A physical desk phone is available upon request, view Employee Phone Services for details.

Login Credentials
- Employee Username: StarID@minnstate.edu
- Password: StarID password
Key Features
- Flexible access on laptop, smart devices, or traditional desk phone.
- Traditional phone capabilities including call forwarding, call hold, call transfers, shared contact directory, incoming call notifications, caller information, and voicemail options.
- Unlimited domestic calls and texting (SMS) with your university number.
- Voicemail transcription and call recording.
