Description  

YuJa Panorama helps faculty, staff, and students create and access more inclusive digital content, including checking for accessibility and providing alternative formats. YuJa is integrated directly into D2L Brightspace and available as a standalone web tool called DocHub. Note: YuJa Panorama will not catch or fix every issue—content creators are still responsible for meeting all required standards.

How to Access 

Faculty and students can access YuJa directly in their D2L courses. The web platform, called DocHub, is also available to all employees and students. 

Login Credentials 

  • Student Username: YourStarID@go.minnstate.edu
  • Employee Username: YourStarID@minnstate.edu
  • Password: Your StarID password

Key Features  

In D2L

  • Faculty can check and improve the accessibility of course materials in D2L Brightspace.
  • Students can access alternative formats for content in their courses in D2L Brightspace.

In DocHub

  • Faculty and staff can review, remediate, and convert materials into accessible formats using DocHub.
  • Faculty can view course source content in the DocHub for easier accessibility management.
  • Students can upload files for alternative format conversion using DocHub.
