IT Solutions consults with University departments to improve services and business processes. Our Solutions Architects collaborate with campus partners to evaluate existing processes, design workflows, identify technology opportunities, support technology integration efforts, and align technology initiatives with University strategic goals.
Key Features
- Business process review: Review current processes to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Work with stakeholders to define business needs, goals, and desired outcomes.
- Solution evaluation and planning: Provide guidance on potential solutions, integrations, and implementation approaches. Assess available University-supported tools, services, and technologies that may address identified needs. Develop recommendations and identify next steps for achieving business objectives.
