Departments interested in getting started with enterprise service management and TeamDynamix can request access and onboarding. Users with access can log in online.

- Student Worker Username: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
- Password: StarID password

- Knowledge management: Create and manage a searchable library of content (guides, procedures, FAQs, and other materials) for internal or external use.
- Service request management: Create and manage processes for submitting, routing, tracking, and fulfilling service requests.
