ISRS

Description  

Integrated Statewide Records System (ISRS) is a data system managed by the Minnesota State System Office that is used for certain student-related records and services. 

How to Access 

ISRS is usually accessed through Uniface, a desktop application that can be made available on Windows computers. If you need the application on your desktop, submit a ticket to IT Solutions. There are some ISRS related tools available on the web through E-Services Employee Home, such as ISRS Accounting Application, Faculty Workload Management (FWM), and ISRS Reports. Note: to access certain content in ISRS, you may need to request security role permissions

Login Credentials 

Off-campus users must use WorkMSU or connect to the VPN

  • Employee Username: StarID@minnstate.edu 
  • Password: StarID password
