Software Installation, Support, and Troubleshooting
The IT Solutions Center provides assistance with installation and troubleshooting of campus-licensed software and software purchased through the Campus Computer Store. Operating system installation services are available fore Windows, macOS, and virtual Windows. These services are available to enrolled students. Virus Removal
Assistance in removing malware, viruses, and other malicious software available through the IT Solutions Center. This includes the removal of computer viruses, worms, trojans, spyware and other forms of malicious software. Data back-up assistance is available. MavAPPS
MavAPPS is a virtual computer lab for all students and faculty that gives students access to the same University software found in labs on campus on their personal devices anywhere, anytime.
MavAPPS hosts a variety of STEM related University software most used by the fields of aviation, data science, mathematics, statistics, and more. This is the current comprehensive list of MavAPPS software:

ResTech Services
ResTech Services offers computer support to students living in the residence communities. Services include installation and troubleshooting of Office 365 applications, operating systems, and anti-virus tools. Troubleshooting assistance to resolve operating system performance issues and removal of viruses, malware, and other malicious software is also offered.
