Add a TA

This form is to add a Teacher’s Assistant (TA) to a course in D2L. 

A TA has the same privileges as an instructor in D2L but is limited by section restrictions. 

The TA role for academic courses is to be limited to employees who have the job designation of Teaching Assistants or have a similar job designation. 

If you are looking for assistance with co-instructor enrollments in academic courses within D2L, you can: 

  1. Contact your department's administrative staff and have the co-instructor added in Course Input/eServices. Once that is done, it will be automatically reflected in D2L. Other departments/colleges have multiple instructors for a course listed in eServices/Course Input without issue. 

  1. Or you can have your department's/college's administrative staff fill out the Add New Instructor of Record form.
