Submit a request for pickup and recycling of old university technology equipment no longer in use.

Please submit a separate form for EACH asset tagged item. Items that do not have a Minnesota State asset tag can be together on one form, include information about what equipment you would like picked up in "Additional Notes", below.

If you need assistance with saving the data on any of the devices requested for pickup, contact the IT Solutions Center to set up a time to transfer the necessary files to your mavdisk or OneDrive.  Beware, our recycling process includes wiping all data from the machine. If you need the data on any of the devices requested for pickup, do not submit this request until the data has been backed up.
