Overview
This article provides instructions for enabling Call Screening in Zoom Phone to help reduce unwanted spam and robocalls.
How-To
- Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal.
- In the left navigation, select Phone.
- Scroll to Call Handling and locate Call Screening.
- Toggle Call Screening on.
- Click Save if prompted.
Once enabled, incoming callers will be prompted to identify themselves before the call connects.
Outcome
Zoom Phone call screening prompts external callers to press a digit to connect, reducing spam.
