Enable Call Screening for Zoom Phone

Overview

This article provides instructions for enabling Call Screening in Zoom Phone to help reduce unwanted spam and robocalls.

How-To

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal.
  2. In the left navigation, select Phone.
  3. Scroll to Call Handling and locate Call Screening.
  4. Toggle Call Screening on.
  5. Click Save if prompted.

Once enabled, incoming callers will be prompted to identify themselves before the call connects.

Outcome

Zoom Phone call screening prompts external callers to press a digit to connect, reducing spam.
