Faxing with Zoom Phone

Overview

You can fax with Zoom Phone by sending and receiving online faxes directly within the Zoom app, which requires no traditional fax machine or separate phone line.

To send a fax, follow these steps: 

1. Open the Zoom app on your desktop or mobile device.
2. Click or tap the Phone tab and then select Fax to access the fax interface.
3. Click the +New fax button to create a new fax.
4. Enter the recipient's fax number in the "To" field.
5. Upload the document you wish to send by clicking "Choose a File" or dragging it into the designated area. Files must be DOC, PDF, JPG, JPEG, DOCX,TXT and PNG formats, up to 50MB and 300 pages.
6. Click the "Send" button to transmit the fax. 

For incoming faxes, they appear in your Zoom inbox, and you can receive notifications for them.
