Zoom Phone Faxing

Overview

You can fax with Zoom Phone by sending and receiving online faxes directly within the Zoom app, which requires no traditional fax machine or separate phone line. 

To send a fax, follow these steps: 

1. Open the Zoom app on your desktop or mobile device.
2. Click or tap the Fax tab to access the fax interface.
3. Click the blue " +" button to create a new fax.
4. Enter the recipient's fax number in the "To" field.
5. Upload the document you wish to send by clicking "Choose a File" or dragging it into the designated area. It must be a PDF. 
6. Click the "Send" button to transmit the fax. 

For incoming faxes, they appear in your Zoom inbox, and you can receive notifications for them.
