Issue Description
The new ISRS installation process started on October 13, 2025. Some devices are still linked to the old U drive, which makes ISRS unavailable.
Resolution
Remove the Uniface folder from C:\ and delete any desktop shortcuts.
After deleting those files, open the control panel and search for Configuration Manager. In Configuration Manager, go to the actions tab and run the “Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle.” This will take a few minutes.
Open Software Center and attempt to install the Uniface application.
