Enterprise Service Management

Description  

Enterprise Service Management (ESM) streamlines service delivery across the university for students, faculty, and staff. The university’s ESM tool, TeamDynamix (TDX), provides a centralized way for end users to request services and access information, while enabling staff to fulfill service requests, manage workflows, and maintain knowledge content. Departments interested in getting started with Enterprise Service Management and TDX can request access and onboarding.

Key Features 

  • Knowledge management: Create and manage a searchable library of content (guides, procedures, FAQs, and other materials) for internal or external use. 
  • Onboarding, training, and support: Help setting up TDX and personalized solutions, training on the TDX platform, and ongoing support. 
  • Service request management: Create and manage processes for submitting, routing, tracking, and fulfilling service requests.
