Description

Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and more! Microsoft 365 is the official suite of apps at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Students and employees get five free downloads of Microsoft 365 for use on work machines, personally owned computers, and mobile devices plus access to web apps.

How to Access

Faculty, staff, and students can download the desktop apps, mobile apps, or access on the web. State-owned computers have apps already installed.

Red X indicating "No" Alumni: No*

Red X indicating "No" Emeriti: No*

*The software license will expire two years after a student graduates. Alumni and Emeriti are not able to download Microsoft 365 but can access the web apps. Two years after departing the University, apps are no longer available except for the web version of MavMAIL.

Microsoft 365 is the official suite of apps we use at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Used to Google Workspace or another suite? Most of the same apps are available in Microsoft. Plus, they're more powerful and make it easier to collaborate with colleagues, classmates, and teachers.
