For students to access the KIC portal and their I-20 request you will first need to set up your Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and MavMAIL.

2. Set up MFA https://services.mnsu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=114
3. If students are having issues with MFA they can request an MFA reset https://services.mnsu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=264
