Overview

This article explains how students can access the KIC portal to request their I-20 form. 

Accessing the KIC portal

For students to access the KIC portal and their I-20 request you will first need to set up your Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and MavMAIL. 

1. Activate StarID https://services.mnsu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=237

2. Set up MFA https://services.mnsu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=114

1. If students are having issues with MFA they can request an MFA reset https://services.mnsu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=264

3.  Receive email invitation, in your MavMail account, from the KIC with the link the access the portal within 4 business days from the time you received your admissions email. 

1. This email invitation confirms your account has been created within the portal.

Provide Proof of Financial Ability to Attend and Request I-20
