Accessing an Unofficial Transcript

Overview

Unofficial transcripts are accessed by the student directly. The University does not print or email unofficial transcripts. 

Accessing Unofficial Transcripts

Online

  1. Log in to e-services with your StarID and password
  2. Under the Academic Records menu, select Unofficial Transcripts.
  3. Click on the Get Academic Record button to view your transcript.
  4. Click on the PDF icon that appears above the upper right corner of your academic record to open or save it as a printable PDF document.

Your StarIID and StarID password are required to access unofficial transcripts. IT has a variety of resources to assist with StarID Access. Visit the StarID page for password reset guidance.

Unofficial transcripts are not available to students graduating before 1975. These student would need to order official transcripts

In Person

Visit the Campus Hub, located on the first floor of Centennial Student Union. Please be prepared to show your MavCARD or other government-issued photo ID to receive your unofficial transcript.
