Accessing an Unofficial Transcript

Overview

This article explains how current and former students can access their unofficial transcripts at Minnesota State University, Mankato. It outlines the available options for obtaining transcripts online through E-Services or in person at the Campus Hub.

Accessing Unofficial Transcripts

Online

  1. Login to e-services with your StarID and password
  2. Under the Academic Records menu, select Unofficial Transcripts.
  3. Click on the Get Academic Record button to view your transcript.
  4. Click on the PDF icon that appears above the upper right corner of your academic record to open or save it as a printable PDF document.

In Person

Visit the Campus Hub, located on the first floor of Centennial Student Union. Please be prepared to show your MavCARD or other government-issued photo ID to receive your unofficial transcript.
