  • Use concise answers: Provide clear, concise answers to each question. Avoid lengthy explanations unless necessary.
  • Avoid explaining steps or processes: These articles are informational. Instead, link out to other articles such as a How-To or Troubleshooting article to explain processes or steps.
  • Minimize the use of screenshots whenever possible.
    • Instead, provide clear, written information to ensure accessibility and longevity.
    • If images are necessary, ensure all include alt text for accessibility and all important information is also clearly included in text on the page.
