Recording Meetings in a Multi-Modal Classroom

Overview

This article explains how to start and stop a recording during a Zoom meeting using a Zoom Touch Display. It is intended for meeting hosts who need to record classes, presentations, or meetings in classrooms or conference spaces.

How-To

  1. After joining your meeting, tap the Zoom Touch Display to reveal the options along the bottom of the screen, then tap the ellipsis icon.

  1. Tap the Start Recording option to start recording
  2. The icon will turn red when recording. The screen will also display REC in the upper left corner of the screen when recording is in progress.
  3. Tap the Stop Recording option to stop recording. The icon will turn gray when recording is stopped

Outcome

The user is able to start and stop a Zoom meeting recording using the Zoom Touch Display.
