Overview
This article explains how to join a Zoom meeting using a Zoom Touch Display. It is intended for instructors or hosts in classrooms or conference spaces who want to connect to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
How-To
Note: Prior to your meeting time, you should have created a meeting and shared the invitation to that meeting with your students.
- On the Zoom Touch Display, tap Join
- Enter your Meeting ID, then tap Join Meeting
Anyone joining this meeting will now be able to see you from the room camera and hear you from the room microphone.
If you forget your meeting ID and passcode, you can find this information in your Zoom account (minnstate.zoom.us).
Outcome
The user is able to join a Zoom meeting using the Zoom Touch Display.
