FlexSync Classroom: Start a Zoom Meeting

Question

How do I start a meeting in a FlexSync Classroom? 

Overview

Prior to your meeting time you should have created a meeting space and shared the invitation to that meeting space with your students

1. On the Zoom Touch Display, tap Join

2.  Enter your Meeting ID, then tap Join Meeting

Anyone joining this meeting will now be able to see you from the room camera and hear you from the room microphone.

If you forget your meeting ID and passcode, you can find this information in your Zoom account (minnstate.zoom.us).
