Requesting MavPrint Refund

Summary

How can students request a MavPRINT refund.

Body

Overview

Students who pay a Student Technology Fee for a semester are provided $20.00 in complementary prints (MavPRINTs) that can be used for any black and white or color printing at any MavPRINT printer during the semester to help with their academic needs.

In cases where a print didn't print properly, or the print failed because of a printer malfunction, students can request a refund that will be applied back onto their MavPRINT balance.

Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact the IT Solutions Center or request help below to request a refund for a misprint or if your document did not print or if the quality is poor due to a printer malfunction.
Provide the location where the misprint occurred along with the date, time, number of pages and an explanation of why the refund is requested.

  2. If the refund is approved, your MavPRINT balance should reflect the change in a few business days.

Print costs are 5 cents per page for black and white and 40 cents per page for color print.
