Checking MavPrint Balance

Question

How can students check their MavPrint Balance?

Overview

NOTE: New to MavPrint:

Students are still allocated $20 for printing each semester through MavPrint. Once this allocation is depleted, students can continue to print but the additional cost is added as an Arrears Balance amount, and that balance will be charged to the student’s university account at the end of the semester.

Check my MavPrint balance and available printing:

There are three ways to check your MavPrint balance:

  1. Using MavPrint Mobile:
    1. Browse to MavPrint Mobile.
    2. Login using your StarID and Password
    3. Near the bottom, left hand side of the window, you will see your current MavPrint balance
  2. When your MavPrint balance is $0.00, the description will turn to an “Arrears Balance. This is the balance that will be transferred to your University student account which you must pay at the end of the semester (if any). If the balance shows a negative Arrears Balance, this is the current total that you must pay at the end of the semester as reimbursement for MavPrint printing over $20.00 of allocated prints.
