MavPRINT Refund Request

Question

My print out didn't print properly, what should I do?

Overview

1. Create a new Cherwell Incident
2. Record customer's StarID
3. Record the approximate date, time, and location of the misprint
4. Assign a task to Mark Wildt in systems management
5. If refund is approved, the student's MavPRINT balance should reflect the change in a few business day

Print costs are 5 cents per page for black and white and 40 cents per page for color print.
