My print out didn't print properly, what should I do?

Overview

1. Contact IT Solutions or request help below to request a refund for a misprint or if your document did not print. 
2. If the refund is approved, your MavPRINT balance should reflect the change in a few business days.

Print costs are 5 cents per page for black and white and 40 cents per page for color print.
