Information and resources on the final grading deadline for instructors for current and upcoming terms.
Final Grade Entry Deadlines
All grades must be entered and posted by the designated grade entry deadline. Grades not submitted by the deadline will automatically convert to F (Fail) or NC (No Credit), which can negatively affect a student’s Academic Standing and Financial Aid eligibility.
For courses that end mid-term, grades must be entered within 10 business days of the course end date.
All grading deadlines can be found on the university academic calendar:
FAQ
How are grades entered if the deadline is missed?
If the grading deadline for the course has passed, instructors are no longer able to submit grades through the normal grading process. Grades can be submitted using the Grade Change process.
If there are more than 10 grades to be entered in the same course section, please reach out to the Registration and Academic Records team for assistance. Please use the Grades/Grade Change topic and submit your course ID, name and contact information.
