Resetting FlexSync Classroom to Resolve Zoom Issues

Question

How do I fix the zoom viewers hearing a constant high pitch squeal? 

Overview

  1. In the rack at the teachers station find the Vaddio box. This rack is on the teaching side, and might or might not be behind a door. The door to the rack should not be locked.

  1. On the Vaddio box, press the red lighted reset button

  1. The microphone and camera will reset, so Zoom users won’t be able to see or hear the classroom for about 35 seconds or so during the reset process
