Logging In to Qualtrics

Overview

This article is for students, faculty, and staff and explains how to log in to their free university Qualtrics account.

How-To

Log in to Qualtrics:

  1. Navigate to the Qualtrics Login for Minnesota State, Mankato.
  • If you have never registered or signed into Qualtrics before, you will see a prompt that asks you if you have a preexisting Qualtrics account.
  • Click the No, I don't have a preexisting account here button.

Qualtrics message asking if this is the first time logging into the account

  1. Log in using your StarID/MavMail credentials:
  • Faculty/Staff: StarID@minnstate.edu
  • Students/Emeriti: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
  • Student Workers should use their Student login: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
  1. Click Next.
  2. Enter your StarID password.
  3. Click Sign on.
  4. Follow the steps for multi-factor authentication.
  5. Select No or Yes to stay signed in or not.
  6. Your Qualtrics homepage will load.

Note: This does not apply to the OERG/Psychology Department Qualtrics instance at our university.
