Overview
This article guides users on enabling international calling on their work phone plan before traveling abroad.
How-To
Submit a request to IT 5–7 days before your departure to request international phone plan access. Please attach your itinerary with details on countries visiting, layover information with dates and times and return date and time to the US.
NOTE: Please see Mobile Device Best Practices per the NSA.
NOTE: This is for phone carriers only not Zoom Phones.
Outcome
Users will have international calling activated on their work phone plan, allowing them to make calls while traveling internationally.
