Zoom: Change Waiting Room Settings to Allow Users to Bypass

Question

How do I change the "Waiting Room" settings to allow MinnState users with your Meeting ID and Passcode to bypass the meeting "Waiting Room" ?

Overview

1. Begin by going to minnstate.zoom.us

2. Select Sign in

3. Enter your StarID and Password, and then select Sign on

4.  Select Settings from the menu, then select Edit Options from the Waiting Room Options section

5.  Select Users not in your account, and then select Continue
