Adobe - Log Out and Login to Resolve Sign-In Issues

Question

How can I resolve problems with signing in to use Adobe products? 

Overview

  1. Make certain you are logged out of Adobe through Adobe Creative Cloud. Find Adobe Creative Cloud in your Windows menu and select it
  2. Click on the account icon in the upper right hand corner of Adobe Creative Cloud
  3.  Click Sign out

  4. Sign in with your firstname.lastname@mnsu.edu email address and click Continue
  5. Click Company or School Account

        6. You must also log out of Adobe on your browers, chrome, firefox, safari, edge. Go to https://www.adobe.com/ right click over the blue circle icon, select Sign Out
