How can I resolve problems with signing in to use Adobe products?
Overview
Make certain you are logged out of Adobe through Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Find Adobe Creative Cloud in your Windows menu and select it
- Click on the account icon in the upper right-hand corner of Adobe Creative Cloud

- Click Sign out
- Sign in with your firstname.lastname@mnsu.edu email address and click Continue

- Click Company or School Account
6. You must also log out of Adobe on your browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Go to https://www.adobe.com/, right click over the blue circle icon, select Sign Out
