Removing Malware on Personal Devices

I have malware on my computer, how do I remove it?

 To download Malwarebytes for your personal device, follow the steps below.

Installation and Usage

  1. Download the Malwarebytes free download from http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/
  2. Click on Download Free under For Windows or For Mac if you are using a Mac
  3. Select personal computer
  4. To begin the setup, click Install
  5. Click Skip this for Malwarebytes Browser Guard for Free

  6. Malwarebytes will Install, click Get started
  7. Click Finish
  8. Malwarebytes should open the dashboard show below. Click the Scan tab at the middle of the dashboard

  9. Scan will start
  10. Review Threat Scan results. Record the folder path as the Quarantine button will not work on the free trial version. Once you have located the item in question, delete it
