Creating a Signature within the Web-Client for Office 365/Outlook

Overview

This article is for faculty, staff, and students to set up or change a signature for emails in Microsoft Outlook.

How-To

To create your signature within the Web-Client for Office 365, use the following instructions:

  1. Once logged into MavMAIL, click on the gear icon
  2. Search Email Signature.
  3. Select Email Signature.
  4. Enter your desired email signature, then click ok. 

Note: If you would like Outlook Web App to automatically include your signature on any emails you send, click Automatically include my signature on messages I send.
