Overview
This article is for faculty, staff, and students to set up or change a signature for emails in Microsoft Outlook.
How-To
To create your signature within the Web-Client for Office 365, use the following instructions:
- Once logged into MavMAIL, click on the gear icon
- Search Email Signature.
- Select Email Signature.
- Enter your desired email signature, then click ok.
Note: If you would like Outlook Web App to automatically include your signature on any emails you send, click Automatically include my signature on messages I send.
