Overview
This article explains how faculty, staff, and students can set up or update their email signature in Microsoft Outlook (Office 365 web client / MavMAIL).
How-To
- Log in to MavMAIL.
- Select the Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Search for Email Signature.
- Select Email Signature from the search results.
- Enter your desired email signature in the text box.
- Select OK to save your signature.
- Optional: To automatically include your signature in every email, select Automatically include my signature on messages I send.
Outcome
Your email signature will be saved and, if chosen, automatically included on all outgoing messages.
