Follow the steps below in order to reboot a Creston Touchpad
Instructions
If the Touchpad is model TPS-1700, follow the steps below:
1. Turn touchpad over.
2. Disconnect the control cord.
3. Re-connect the control cord.
4. Wait for panel to boot.
If the touchpad is a TSW-XXX model, follow the steps below:
1. Hold base with one hand.
2. Pull the touchpad away from the magnetic base with another hand.
3. Disconnect the Cat5e control cable.
4. Re-connect the Cat5e control cable.
5. Wait for panel to boot.
Outcome
Once the touchpad reboots, it should function as expected.
