Update your email signature in D2L Brightspace using the workaround method.

There is a known issue that causes an error message when updating the email signature in D2L Brightspace. Use these steps to workaround this issue:

  1. Navigate to any course offering.
  2. Click the Communication menu.
  3. Click Email from the drop down menu.
  4. Click the Sent Mail button.
  5. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  6. Edit your email signature in D2L Brightspace.
  7. Click the Save button. Your email signature will now be updated.

Outcome

After completing these steps, your updated email signature will be applied to all emails sent from D2L Brightspace.
