How-To
Our Qualtrics license includes access to dedicated customer support for technical issues, including assistance via email and phone through their online support system. IT Solutions provides the license brand administration, credentialing, and account permissions.
- Login to Qualtrics using your StarID/Office 365 credentials.
- Click the question mark help icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Use Qualtrics Support AI Assistant or Click Contact Support button.
- Click Sign in with SSO link at the bottom of the sign in.
- Enter the Organization ID: mnsu
- Click the Continue button to get options to email or call support.
Outcome
The user will be able to contact Qualtrics for support.
