This article explains how historical or former email addresses are managed in your MinnState Office 365 (MavMail) inbox.

How Email Addresses and Inboxes Work

  • All former email addresses are linked to your MinnState Office 365 (MavMail) inbox.
  • Your inbox will also include any past email addresses you received while attending or working at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
  • If you need one of these email addresses removed, you must submit a request to the MinnState Service Desk.
